1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pamantasan platform at pamantasan.app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and pamantasan ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically.

pamantasan takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under the minimum age will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Creation and Security

To access the full features of pamantasan, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree that:

  • You will provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
  • You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You will not share your account credentials with any third party or allow another person to use your account.
  • Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be closed and associated balances forfeited.
  • You will notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected].

pamantasan will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules

As a registered user of pamantasan, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. You must not:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, or any data associated with other users.
  • Use automated software, bots, scripts, or other means to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
  • Engage in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to collusion, bonus abuse, or manipulation of game outcomes.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any harmful, offensive, or illegal content through the platform.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Violations of these obligations may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pamantasan are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). By making a deposit or requesting a withdrawal, you agree to the following:

  • All funds deposited must come from a payment source that is in your own name. pamantasan does not accept third-party payments.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change. Current limits are detailed in the FAQ section.
  • Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible.
  • pamantasan reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in delays or refusal of withdrawal.
  • pamantasan is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your payment provider in connection with transactions on the platform.
  • Funds held in your account do not accrue interest.

We reserve the right to void bets, reverse transactions, or withhold withdrawals if we detect fraudulent activity, technical errors, or violations of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

pamantasan provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses related to game outcomes.

Gaming outcomes on pamantasan are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer processes. The platform does not guarantee any particular results. Users participate at their own risk and accept that all gaming involves the possibility of financial loss.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pamantasan platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements — is the property of pamantasan or its content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without our express written permission.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms

pamantasan reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances that include but are not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any platform policy.
  • Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
  • Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
  • Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Users may also voluntarily close their account by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any outstanding verified balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method, subject to verification and applicable policy checks.

Changes to Terms

pamantasan reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
